Vi skal fejre, at pladen er sendt til tryk. Den kommer på vinyl. Det føles ret stort.
Jesper og jeg har øvet intenst – to gange 4-5 timer – fordi vi skal spille til en konference på torsdag. Det glæder vi os til.
Jeg har længe haft en idé om en 32-kanals mixer. Nu er den der. Den virker.
Fredag fra 9-11 gik med at få den til at opføre sig som den gamle 16-kanals.
Den lyder godt – men mangler stadig lidt… lydmand.
Og det er en sjov udfordring, når man både skal synge og spille samtidig.
Vi har også taget en Mellotron i brug. Den kan noget helt særligt.
Men vi er stadig ved at finde ud af, hvor den hører hjemme – og hvor den ikke gør.
Byg og hyg.
Jeg har en svaghed for at bygge terrasser.
Det giver et nyt rum med det samme.
Og der er noget ved at kunne gå ud i bare tæer, der bare fungerer.
Det var mere besværligt end forventet – gammel brønd, gammel fliseterrasse under det hele.
Men nu er den færdig. Og det er godt.

Written and recorded just after moving to London as a quiet rebellion against the pop machine that she felt she had been thrown into. Notes was initially only released in Denmark, to high praise. Especially songs like Room With a View, Break Of Day and Warm Sand caught people's attention.
Recorded in London, early 2005. This was Tina's international debut but actually her 3rd album in Denmark. Songs like Nobody's Man and Warm Sand introduced her to the mainstream and this was a bit of a break-through album.
Recorded live at Copenhagen Jazzhouse - solo and duo with Dennis Ahlgren - this is a mix of songs from all her first albums as well as covers. It also contains a few B-sides from 'In The Red'
Tina had already had a break-through in Denmark with In The Red, but Count To Ten marked another step up. Another string of hits and this time with the critics all onboard, too. Count To Ten was voted 'Album of the year' by the readers of Denmark's main music magazine, Gaffa. In Germany a performance of Count To Ten on the tv show 'Ina's Nacht' gave a huge boost to Tina's career and it remains her biggest song in Germany. In Denmark, from Count To Ten the biggest songs are On The Run, Open Wide, Sacre Coeur and the title track.
Around Count To Ten's 10th Birthday Tina played a few festival shows, only with the songs from this album, and at the same time sat down at home in the kitchen and recorded these acoustic versions of all the songs.
