1. Overview of the Program

The Sleeve Referral Program rewards you for helping us grow. Refer an artist to Sleeve. When they upgrade to a paid plan, you get one month free on yours. No cash payouts, no revenue splits. Just free months of Sleeve for bringing in artists who stick around.

2. How It Works

• Eligibility: Any artist with an active paid Sleeve subscription can participate.
• Referral Link: Each participant receives a unique referral link to share.
• Reward Structure: When an artist you refer upgrades to any paid Sleeve plan (Artist Pro or higher), you receive one month of free service applied as a credit to your next billing cycle. Credits stack with no limit. Refer five artists who upgrade, get five months free.

3. Example

You refer three artists to Sleeve. Two of them sign up for free accounts and set up their pages. One of those two later upgrades to Artist Pro at $16/month.

• You earn one free month of your own Sleeve subscription
• The referred artist pays their normal subscription rate
• If the third artist upgrades later, you earn another free month at that time

Credits are applied automatically to your next billing cycle. If you refer enough artists, your Sleeve subscription effectively costs nothing.

4. Program Guidelines

• Tracking Referrals: Referred artists must sign up using your unique referral link. The referral is credited when the referred artist upgrades to any paid plan.
• Credit Application: Referral credits are applied as billing credits to your next subscription renewal. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for payment.
• Credit Cap: Referral credits are capped at 12 months per calendar year. Unused credits do not roll over to the following year.
• No Expiration on Referral Links: Your referral link remains active as long as your account is in good standing. There is no time limit on when a referred artist must upgrade for the referral to count.

5. Additional Terms

• Referral credits are valid only when an artist signs up and upgrades to a paid plan using your unique link, unless explicitly approved by Sleeve.
• You may not earn referral credits from artists you manage, co-own, or represent, unless explicitly approved by Sleeve.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or unethical use of the program, including spam, impersonation, or misrepresentation, will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of any unused credits.
• Sleeve reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Earned credits from prior qualified referrals will be honored.
• Referral credits apply only to subscription fees. They cannot be applied to third-party processing fees (e.g., Stripe) or any other charges outside of Sleeve's subscription billing.

6. Transition from Prior Program

Artists who earned referral rewards under the previous revenue-share program (effective January 1, 2025 through March 16, 2026) will have all previously earned and unpaid rewards honored per the terms in effect at the time of referral. New referrals made on or after March 17, 2026 are subject to these updated terms.

7. Changes to These Terms

SleeveFM reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
